Beautiful Fenton collectible milk glass. SIZE 4 5/8" WIDE AND 3 3/8" TALL. The maker is either Fenton or Empire Manufacturing Company. Empire began this pattern in the top hat and it was then made by Fenton and several others. Both Fenton and Empire used a thicker milkglass than others.
